Every project I take on is rooted in real nonprofit experience, not theory. I’ve built budgets, raised funds, written reports, and sat in meetings where no one had the same understanding of what “program cost” really meant. That lived experience shapes everything I do.

I bring strategic thinking, a systems mindset, and an ability to see both the big picture and the tiny inefficiencies slowing your team down. I love Excel formulas as much as I love a well-crafted narrative - and I’m just as comfortable with numbers as I am with writing, data, or evaluation frameworks.

What I won’t do is hand you a generic template. Instead, I’ll work with you to design tools and approaches that actually fit your organization: your size, your team, your bandwidth, and your goals.
